Indiana Jones et le Temple du Péril is pictured here above the construction walls in Adventureland, from the direction of Adventure Isle, just months before its grand opening on 30th July 1993. Notice that the signs on the fences advertise simply a ‘Temple of Peril’ with no connection to the Indiana Jones movie franchise referenced whatsoever, suggesting this detail was only finalised — or at least announced — at a later date.
