Postcard featuring photographs of the original Disney Classics Parade (La Parade Disney) with an early Disneyland Paris logo. This logo has preserved the green underline and has a thinner, less defined “Paris” than the final logo. Clockwise from left, the floats are: Dumbo circus act, Sleeping Beauty, Mickey jet plane, Peter Pan, Pinocchio. Two of the floats — Peter Pan and Pinocchio — would continue service right up until 1999, forming part of The Wonderful World of Disney Parade from 1998. The Sleeping Beauty float became one of the longest-serving floats in the history of the park, lasting right up until March 2007. |
