Euro Disneyland Project agreement signed by The Walt Disney Company and French government

The Walt Disney Company and the French government sign the official agreement to build a Disney theme park resort in Marne-la-VallĂ©e, east of Paris. The agreement contains conditions of the project not just for its projected opening in 1992 but far into the future — stipulating a second theme park must be built before 2002 and a third before 2017, for example.
