To hire over ten thousand Cast Members required for the opening of the resort, a dedicated Casting Centre is opened. Since the resort is still a relatively inaccessible construction site far out to the east of the city (the RER line extension still months from opening, for example), the centre opens in the Vendome building in nearby Noisy-le-Grand with thousands arriving to apply for jobs.

Satellite casting centres were set up in London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt.
